• This banner exchange is only for sites dealing with computer and networking topics!
• Sites that contain warez, brain dumps or any other material that is in violation of copyright, non-disclosure agreements or the law will not be considered. Casino sites are also not accepted.
• Banners are to be in gif or jpg format.
• The file size of your banner must be less than 13K.
• The dimensions of your banner should be 468x60.
• We do not allow artificial inflation of your statistics. This means that Pop-ups, hidden frames and automated scripts are not allowed.
• You may only place our code 1 time on each page of your website.
• We assume no responsibility for your participation in our banner exchange. You agree to use this service at your own risk.
• We make no guarantees as to the availability of this banner exchange network, nor do we assume responsibility for the performance of your ad on this network.
• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

In the interest of making the exchange fair for everyone, we offer the following placement guidelines:

• At the minimum, you must insert the code such that it immediately follows the content on your page.
• Inserting the code so that the banner shows in an obscure place (e.g. at the bottom of a page below several Webrings) or is hidden from a visitor is not allowed. Sites that violate this rule may be removed from the exchange.
• You may not use robots or auto-clicking software to artificially inflate your displays. We have preventative measures to prevent this and catch those who attempt to fraud the system.
